Bishop John Spong's provocative book is "The Sins of Scripture." In it, Bishop Spong deplores the way the Bible has been used to justify most of the world's evils; from gender inequality, homosexuality and child abuse, to capital punishment, the environment, and birth control. I wonder whether the person who posted this actually listened to the interview in full and fact checked the scripture quotes. I like to check this blog, but I do not appreciate dumping anything that seems far out and non conformist no matter how ridiculous and unfounded it is.
